I've sent a cheque but have received a renewal reminder email. Is there a problem?

No, almost certainly not.

The system is automated and sends reminders to everyone who is due for renewal. But until we update the system to let it know that you've paid, it will continue to send reminders. Sometimes we won't be able to log cheque payments immediately, so please be patient.

However, if you receive the 'final reminder' email (which should arrive the day before your membership is due to expire), please do email membership@calligraphyonline.org.

I pay by standing order but have received a renewal reminder email. Is there a problem?

No, almost certainly not.

The system is automated and sends reminders to everyone who is due for renewal.  If you have set up a Standing Order via your bank account please log in to your membership account here on the website and confirm your renewal.

In future, we hope to stop the automatic reminders for members who pay by standing order as we realise this can be irritating and worrying.

However, if you need help or have recived a cancellation please do email membership@calligraphyonline.org.

I haven't received an email

Unfortunately, some spam filters are a bit over-enthusiastic and will identify our emails as spam! To help reduce the chance of this happening, please add the following addresses to your email address list: webmaster@calligraphyonline.org and membership@calligraphyonline.org.

If you're expecting an email and haven't received it, please check your 'spam' or 'junk' folder.

Please also check that your email address is correct in our system. You can do this by clicking My Account under the Members menu, top right of the page, you may be prompted to log in.

I want to update my address/other details

You can update your details, including address, telephone number, email address and password by clicking My Account under the Members menu, top right of the page, you may be prompted to log in.

PayPal is asking me to log in, but I don't have an account / don't want to use my PayPal account

Usually, when you click the PayPal button to pay for your membership, you'll go straight to the PayPal Guest checkout screen; or, if you're logged in to PayPal already, you'll be shown your PayPal payment options.

If you don't have a PayPal account or don't want to use your PayPal account, simply click the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" link to be taken to the Guest checkout page. You can then enter your credit/debit card details as normal.

If you have set up a yearly recurring subscription via PayPal Guest and would like to change or cancel it and you don't have a PayPal Account please contact membership@calligraphyonline.org
