Open Day and AGM

There will be displays of work from Lay Members’ Exhibition 2026, the Creative Development Course,

Lay Members’ Exhibition
Sat 13 June 2026APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN for the Lay Members Annual Exhibition. This is a show for all Lay Members, both to view and to participate in, open to all levels of ability and experience. The theme for 2026 is The Elements: Earth, Air, Fire, Water and own choice.

Specialist Tuition by Fellows
Courses devised and run by SSI Fellows offered to individuals and small groups for specialised and intensive, focused learning.
These bespoke courses are offered online or in person by Fellows with particular skills and expertise to students at all levels wanting to enrich their skills in a personalised and flexible way.Fees of £60 per hour, £50 for SSI members, are payable to the tutors. Concessionary fees may be negotiable with the tutor for those on benefits, low incomes or in full-time education. See courses below.
